We used the ballroom for our reception site. the staff was
very helpful throughout the planning process. everyone was
extremely nice and great to work with. they had great food
and catering, we had no complaints on food all the guests
raved about it. it was a great space for a large 200+ wedding.
they recommended amazing decorating vendors. the reception
was more than i imagined.

Our experience with the staff and facility of Fredericksburg
Expo Center was nothing less than phenomenal from start to
finish!! Our wedding reception was an event that will be remembered
forever. No detail was overlooked and the friendly staff made
the process a breeze -- which took a load off of us during
the stressful and hectic time of planning. The food was delicious
& displayed so elegantly. We just watched our wedding
DVD the other night and commented to each other about how
we wouldn't have changed a thing about our special night.
