The Fredericksburg Expo & Confernce Center is a non union facility with an experienced staff that can provide as much or as little help to produce your event. Below is a brief summary of the types of services and staff FEACC is able to provide. Prices for services vary per event and the specific requirments.


• Coordinate physical, production and staffing requirements for many events

• Work with promoters to determine all physical requirements

• Supervise and monitor through set up, load in, event, load out, break down and clean up, ensuring all aspects of an event's s requirements are accomplished efficiently and economically within anticipated timeframes

• Coordinate staffing requirements for: Ticket Sellers & Takers, Parking Lot Attendants, Uniformed Police, Security Guards, Load in/Load out Labor, Labor for set ups, break downs & clean ups, Night Building Security, and First Aid Personnel

• Determine special needs and determine parties responsible for the associated extra costs, and either make the specific arrangements or provide the information to assist

• Design a physical layout which satisfies event hosting personnel requirements, providing for spectator comfort and safety, and creates an overall environment which will encourage the return of the public attendees

• Analyze and compare the event to prior similar events and provide suggestions

• FEACC offer the the following In House (non union) services:
Event Coordinators, Decorating, Electricians, Labor, Full Service Marketing Agency, Catering
