CONFERENCE CENTER

The Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center offers a total of eleven meeting rooms. The Grand Ballroom comfortably accommodates up to 700 guests and can be divided up into six sections to accommodate smaller functions. 

Each of the five meeting rooms and six ballrooms are fully carpeted and feature acoustical wall treatments, as well as individual temperature, sound and lighting controls.

In addition to conventions, conferences and meetings, our center has hosted wedding ceremonies and receptions, fundraisers, banquets, proms, holiday parties, galas, birthday parties, and any other special events.
